David became Auckland Garden Services first franchisee at the beginning of 2026.
He covers the Rodney District from Puhoi northwards to the Auckland Regional boundary north of Wellsford and areas he covers include Mahurangi East and West including Snells Beach, Warkworth, Matakana, Omaha and Wellsford including Whangaripo Valley.
Most of David’s working life was spent in the corporate world until a move to Rodney and purchasing a lifestyle property meant spending a lot of time outdoors, mowing, trimming and gathering fuel for the wood burner.
David’s been mowing since he mowed the family’s back yard when growing up, and he loves the satisfaction involved with tidying up a space and the transformations that can be achieved especially when he gets to work in some of the most scenic locations in the North Auckland Region.
